We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Operations Intern to support the coordination and management of EV charger installation projects and sales operations. This internship is designed to develop future management professionals in the rapidly growing electric vehicle charging industry providing hands-on experience in operations management customer coordination and cross-functional team collaboration.
Installation Operations & Coordination
Coordinate with installation teams vendors and customers to schedule and track EV charger installation projects
Act as the primary point of contact between service partners technicians and internal stakeholders throughout the installation lifecycle
Monitor installation timelines identify potential delays and communicate project status to management and customers
Support site assessment activities and ensure all technical requirements are met before installation commencement
Maintain detailed documentation of installation progress issues encountered and resolutions implemented
Sales Operations Support
Assist the sales team in managing leads preparing quotations and following up with prospective customers
Coordinate with commercial fleet operators businesses and other potential clients to understand their EV charging requirements
Support customer relationship management by addressing queries and providing information about products and services
Help prepare sales reports presentations and customer communications
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with technical procurement and customer service teams to ensure seamless project execution
Facilitate communication between multilingual customers and internal teams in English Kannada and Hindi
Support the resolution of operational challenges through effective coordination and problem-solving
Duration: 6 months (with possibility of full-time conversion based on performance)
Work Mode: On-site with field visits as required
Language Proficiency
Excellent command of English Kannada and Hindi (written and spoken) - mandatory
Ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders across different regions

Educational Background
