Our client a leading Managed Service Provider based North of Perth is looking to an experienced Systems Engineer to their team.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver professional support to Managed Network and ICT clients.
Configure and manage firewalls backups and physical/virtual infrastructure.
Troubleshoot systems resolve connectivity issues and conduct root-cause analysis.
Handle alerts and escalations ensuring timely client-focused resolutions.
Support software cutovers and perform onsite visits when required.
Create and maintain documentation user guides SOPs and project reports.
Collaborate in project meetings and liaise directly with clients.
Manage and deploy TCO365 projects and validate technical solutions for sales opportunities.
Log all work accurately and escalate complex issues when needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
Preferred Experience:
2 years in an MSP technical service desk role
2 years customer-facing service experience
2 years Microsoft/Office 365 admin (incl. migrations)
2 years firewall admin (Palo Alto Meraki)
Experience in managed services environments
