ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Curriculum Administration Officer to provide essential administrative support to the Head of Teaching & Learning and contribute to the smooth delivery of our teaching and learning programs across Prep to Year 12.

The Curriculum Administration Officer plays a key part in ensuring the efficient operation of curriculum assessment and reporting processes across the School and providing high-quality communication with staff students and families.

You will be the first point of contact for curriculum administration queries and a valued member of a service-focused team committed to supporting outstanding teaching and learning.

This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative experience preferably within an educational environment. You thrive in a collaborative dynamic setting and enjoy supporting academic excellence.

This is a full time ongoing position commencing in January 2026.

Key Responsibilities of the role include:

  • Providing administrative support to the Head of Teaching & Learning and Teaching & Learning team.
  • Supporting communication with staff students and families.
  • Assisting with the preparation and maintenance of subject outlines scope and sequence documents and unit plans.
  • Supporting the collation and organisation of teaching and learning materials across Prep12.
  • Assisting with the planning and delivery of assessment activities such as NAPLAN and exams.
  • Supporting assessment moderation sessions and curriculum review meetings.
  • Assisting in collecting and maintaining documentation required for VCAA and VRQA compliance.
  • Assisting with academic events including parentteacher interviews and information evenings.

You are an organised proactive and detail-focused professional who thrives in a supportive team environment. You take pride in delivering high-quality administrative work managing multiple priorities with accuracy and communicating clearly with a wide range of stakeholders.

With strong interpersonal skills and a service-oriented mindset you build positive working relationships and handle sensitive information with discretion. You enjoy learning new systems contributing to efficient processes and playing a key role in supporting teaching and learning within a dynamic school environment.

You will also have:

  • Strong computer literacy including advanced skills in Microsoft Excel Word and Outlook.
  • A Working with Children Check.
  • Excellent organisational skills accuracy and attention to detail.
  • A commitment to professional integrity and adherence to school policies and values.
