About the Role:
The Senior Project and Administration Officer supports the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) and P&C Leadership Team to deliver on key strategic and operational priorities. This role provides highlevel project coordination executive support business analysis and operational oversight to ensure the effective management of P&C activities.
You will develop and manage efficient administrative systems support change initiatives coordinate priority projects and enable strong governance across the P&C portfolio. Your work will help ensure People & Culture delivers highquality strategic HR services aligned to the Universitys goals
Salary: HEP 7 $101288 - $109639 Plus Superannuation 17%

Location: Hybrid 3:2 - Footscray Park Campus

You bring extensive experience in project coordination executive-level administration and business operations within a complex organisation. You are a proactive problem-solver with strong judgement exceptional communication skills and professionalism when dealing with confidential matters.
You thrive in a fast-paced environment balancing multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy quality and service excellence. Your ability to build strong relationships and partner with senior leaders will be essential to your success.
