Texas Health Stephenville seeks to hire aRegistered Nurseto work full-time days in Surgery
Location: 411 North Belknap Stephenville TX 76401
Work Schedule: Day shift; full-time (36 hours) 0645 - 1615 *call required evening/weekends/holidays on a rotating basis*
Texas Health Harris Methodist Hospital Stephenville (THS) is a full-service 98-bed hospital serving Erath and surrounding counties since 1926. The hospital offers surgical services womens and infants services advanced diagnostic imaging sleep lab and a wound care program. Texas Health Stephenville has received accreditation as a Level IV trauma center Cycle III Chest Pain Center by Society of Chest Pain Centers and Breast Imaging Center of Excellence. The hospital was named a Baby-Friendly Hospital by the World Health Organization and received Pathway to Excellence designation by the American Nurses Credentialing Center. Education
Nursing Diploma Nursing Req Or
Associates Degree Nursing Req Or
Bachelors Degree Nursing Pref
Experience
1 Year Experience as a Registered Nurse or completion of an RN residency program Req
Licenses and Certifications
RN - Registered Nurse Upon Hire Req And
BCLS - Basic Cardiac Life Support prior to providing independent patient care and maintained quarterly Req And
ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support 90 Days Req
