This is a player-coach leadership role requiring 7 years of B2B digital marketing experience (3 in management) deep expertise in the software/IT services space and a proven ability to turn data into dollars.
Key Responsibilities
1. Team Leadership & Management
- Lead mentor and scale a cross-functional team: Content Writers SEO Specialists Graphic/Web Designers Marketing Analysts.

- Report weekly progress pipeline impact and strategic recommendations directly to the CEO.

- Adapt winning tactics or innovate superior campaigns to outperform in engagement leads and positioning.
6. Partnership & Ecosystem Expansion

- Secure co-marketing integrations affiliate programs and joint webinars to amplify reach and credibility.
