Job Summary


1)Should ensure that every manager enacts his role & responsibility with
due diligence.

2) Should track monitor and regulate every Teams’
execution of marketing strategies/campaigns as specified from time to
time.

3) Should ensure every Manager attains & maintains minimum
specified work norms in terms of field work feedbacks meetings &
submissions of all sorts of reports within specified timelines.

4) Should collate qualitative & quantitative data of activities campaigns
feedback sales forecast.

5) Should achieve & maintain minimum field work norms specified to own position from time to time. 6)Regular
updates/reporting to SH.

7) Should build rapport with KOLs.

8) Should align & focus on performance of profitable/key brands. Should
achieve Divisional Sales Targets ON MONTHLY QUARTERLY AND ANNUAL
BASIS

9) Ensure vacancies if any are filled as soon as possible

10) identify local and state KOL’s to build advocacy for our products

11)Ensuring the lowest attrition amongst the team under them

12)Managing conflicts and aspirations of team members
