Build strong pipelines for niche IT skills.
Use Boolean X-Ray search & social sourcing to find passive talent.
Maintain structured candidate databases & records.
Re-engage past applicants for current roles.
Promote employer brand on social platforms.
Coordinate with internal teams for immediate hiring needs.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years experience in IT sourcing / technical recruiting.
Excellent understanding of sourcing strategies & talent mapping.
Expertise in Boolean search job portals & social platforms.
Ability to pitch roles effectively & engage passive candidates.
Strong communication & time-management skills.
Comfortable working in a WFO C2H environment.
