Main Responsibilities

- Provide guidance on cloud services licensing options and product adoption.
- Collaborate with technical specialists to deliver tailored solutions for each client.
- Track and analyze account performance metrics generating insights and recommendations.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries in a structured and professional manner.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all account interactions and strategies.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities aligned with client objectives.
- Contribute to the continuous optimization of the overall customer journey.
Candidate Profile
- Strong proficiency in English (mandatory); other European languages are a plus.
- Previous experience in account management digital sales or B2B consulting.
- Knowledge of cloud-based technologies licensing models or digital productivity tools is highly valued.
- Excellent communication negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
- Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple accounts simultaneously.
- Data-driven analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
- Customer-centric approach and consultative attitude to solution selling.
