Job Summary
Remote Customer Support Agent (Based in Athens Greece)
Languages: Czech Croatian German Dutch or French English (B2 level)

Join our team in Athens as a Customer Support Agent and help global customers with care and professionalism all from the comfort of your home in Greece!
Work Model:

Remote work available only for candidates already based in Athens Greece.

For candidates relocating from abroad work is onsite (office-based) in Athens with full relocation support provided.
What Youll Do:

Handle customer inquiries via phone chat or email.

Deliver exceptional service and ensure customer satisfaction.

Collaborate with your team to resolve issues effectively and efficiently.
What Youll Bring:

Fluency in Czech Croatian German Dutch or French.

English level B2 or higher.

Strong communication empathy and problem-solving skills.

14 salaries per year (12 monthly 1 Easter 1 split between Summer & Christmas)
