Were looking for dedicated Care Assistants (Home Carers) who are passionate about supporting others and want to work in a company that values and invests in its team.
What Youll Be Doing
Every customer is unique and so is every day at Enerst Care youll be helping people with:
- Personal care and daily routines
- Administering medication (training provided)
- Mobility and use of equipment (e.g. hoists)
- Preparing meals light household tasks
- Supporting wellbeing and companionship
- Promoting independence and safety
Requirements
Were not necessarily looking for experience were looking for the right values:
- Compassionate patient and respectful
- A team player who genuinely cares
- A full UK driving licence and access to your own car
- Right to work in the UK
- Good spoken and written English
- Available to work at least 16 hours a week

Work Flexibility That Works For You
We know life is busy so we offer part-time and full-time roles with minimum 16-hour contracts and flexible schedules. All we ask is youre able to work some alternate weekends as part of our rota.
