Job Summary
Billing Specialist
Fever is looking for a Billing Specialist who will play a key role in ensuring timely accurate and efficient invoicing for our clients. Were looking for someone detail-oriented organized and with a solid finance or administrative background. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with financial data supporting day-to-day billing operations and ensuring invoices are properly issued and tracked until payment.
About the role
- Generate issue and send invoices to clients in a timely and accurate manner.
- Review contracts and agreements to ensure billing aligns with commercial terms.
- Track and reconcile payments against issued invoices.
- Maintain accurate records of invoices billing schedules and supporting documentation.
- Support reporting activities by preparing summaries of billing and collections.
- Collaborate with Finance Sales and Operations to resolve discrepancies and ensure smooth billing processes.
- Assist in improving billing workflows and supporting automation initiatives.
About you
- Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Business Administration or a related field.
- 2-4 years of relevant experience (billing finance or administrative roles).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets; experience with ERP or billing systems is a plus.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks meet deadlines and work cross-functionally.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in billing accounts receivable or similar roles.
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets knowledge required; familiarity with SQL VBA or Python is a plus.
