Job Summary
Position:Middle School Assistant Alpine Race Coach
Reports To:Josiah Bartlett Elementary School Athletic Director
Season:Decemberto Late February
Schedule:Daily practices with weekly races starting in January
Skills Required:
Previous coaching experience at the Middle School level preferred. Coach will be responsible for team activities including all scheduled practices and races adhere to district policies rules and objectives. Coach will lead by example among the team and participants. Focus will be on personal development skill development safety sportsmanship and working to establish and improve ski team and program.
Candidates should be dependable detail oriented willing and able to both lead and delegate within a coaching staff atmosphere meet or be willing to complete all Bartlett School District some NHIAA requirements able totravel with the team to and from home and away games. CPR/First Aide certification required but will train if needed.
