Junior F&B Manager Luxury Hotel Seychelles

Salary: USD 3200 Negotiable DOE

Kendrick Recruitment is seeking a dynamic and service-driven Junior F&B Manager for a prestigious luxury hotel in the Seychelles. This role is ideal for an energetic hospitality professional who thrives in guest-facing environments and enjoys working closely with both culinary and front-of-house teams to deliver outstanding dining experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide highly interactive and engaging guest service across all F&B outlets

Work closely with the Chef to develop and elevate the dining journey for guests

Lead by example with a hands-on management approach

Support and motivate the F&B team to ensure exceptional service delivery

Maintain high standards of guest satisfaction and respond promptly to guest needs

Uphold service procedures and operational excellence across all dining areas

Requirements:

Previous experience in a similar supervisory or junior management F&B role

Strong passion for guest interaction and hospitality excellence

Ability to work collaboratively with culinary and service teams

Hands-on leadership style with a positive supportive attitude

Strong communication and organisational skills
