Size and function of team: Performance (Bas) Design Content (later) orchestrator flexible freelancer layer
Role description
- Lead integrated campaigns with a strong offline focus (events webinars round tables)
- Develop campaigns with Sales (ABM vertical segment activations)
- Measure and optimise campaigns for conversion CPL and pipeline impact
- Translate product features and insights into effective marketing activations
- Maintain clear planning messaging consistency and sales enablement assets
Unique about the company
- Now at 5m ARR growing fast 30K deals 3-6 month sales cycle
- ICP: Mid-Market 200-1000 FTE strong niche little direct competition
- Very strong MD: former CRO of Sana Commerce great leadership
- Exciting stage: new leadership fresh energy 500K marketing budget

- Visible impact and ownership as the orchestrator in the marketing team
- Path to Marketing Lead/Head of Marketing
Must haves
- 3 years experience in B2B SaaS marketing or campaign execution
- Creative analytical energetic and proactive -> culture fit very important here!
- Strong planning project management and cross-functional collaboration
- Comfortable leading offline-first campaigns (events webinars round tables)
- Hands-on with HubSpot and multi-channel execution
Nice to haves
- Experience in HR-tech or people-development tools
Salary: 5865k base 5k bonus
Hiring process
