The Communications and Transformation Senior Manager will design and lead the execution of an internal communications strategy that will underpin Ibecs Transformation . As part of the Strategy & Transformation team you will partner with leaders across the organisation blending your strategic communications and transformation implementation expertise to bring our Impact with Purpose strategy to life for every colleague.
Working closely with colleagues within the Strategy and Transformation team your priority will be to foster a deep connection to our vision ensure clarity and cultivate a culture of purpose and engagement across the organisation. You will play a key role in ensuring that as we evolve our people are informed inspired and empowered to contribute to our success.
This is a 12 month fixed term contract. The closing date for applications is 15th December 2025.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Strategic & Executive Communications
- Internal Communications Strategy:Develop and manage a comprehensive multi-channel internal communications strategy that ensures consistent engaging messaging and connects employees toIbecsstrategy and vision.
- Executive Communications:Serve as the lead forexecutive communications partnering directly with theCEODCEOExecutive Director Team (EDT) and People & Culture.You will draft edit and manage high-impact communications including company-wide updates and townhalls.
- Translate Strategy into Story: Simplifycomplex business issues and strategicobjectivesinto clear memorable and actionable communications that resonate with diverse audiences across the organisation.
- Change Communications:Drive effective and impactful communication plansfortransformation initiativesto ensure colleagues are bought in to the changejourney
- Organisational Pulse:Monitorthe organisational pulse through formal and informal channels providing feedback to leadership and championing engagement
Strategy Implementation and Transformation
- Design and execute targetedtransformation interventions including communication plans stakeholder engagement maps and training strategies to address identified impacts and drivestrategy executionreadiness
- Partner across the business tosupport changemanagementrelated to all aspects ofstrategyexecution
- Partner directly with project teams and business leaders to create and implement practicalsupport plansfor their areaensuring interventions aretimely relevant and effective
- Track and measure the effectiveness oftransformationinterventions using readiness assessments adoption metrics and feedback loops to report

Education & Experience- Bachelors degree inbusinesscommunications or a related field.
- Proven experience inanInternalCommunicationsorTransformation/ChangeManagementrole with a strategic focus
- Previousexperience partneringwithsenior leadersin a complex organisation
- Proven experience intransformation communications planningand execution at an organisational level is essential.
- Track recordof working on operating modeltransformation programmes
