About the Role
Reporting to the Philanthropy Manager you will lead strategies to acquire retain and uplift donors while nurturing relationships with supporters considering leaving a gift in their Will. Youll combine creative campaign development with strategic pipeline management to drive sustainable revenue growth and strengthen donor engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver donor journeys and campaigns for mid-value and planned giving supporters.
- Manage the end-to-end pipeline: acquisition cultivation stewardship and recognition.
- Lead the bequest program including promotion prospect identification and administration of realised gifts.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align strategies with broader fundraising objectives.
- Represent MacKillop at donor events and activities that inspire giving.
What Were Looking For
- 34 years fundraising experience ideally in individual giving or planned giving.
- Proven project and campaign management skills.
- A natural communicator and relationship builder.
- Creative and innovative thinker able to deliver impact on limited budgets.
- Strong interpersonal and influencing skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret donor data.
- Knowledge of fundraising principles and donor stewardship.
- Familiarity with Raisers Edge NXT (desirable).
