Front Desk Supervisor

The Portland Regency Hotel & Spa is looking for a Front Desk Supervisor to support daily operations and help lead the front desk during evening and overnight shifts. What Youll Do:

Supervise and support the front desk team in the absence of the manager
Perform the nightly audit and ensure accurate cash-handling reporting and reservation verification
Monitor guest feedback surveys and online reviews to celebrate wins and identify opportunities
Respond to guest concerns with professionalism empathy and creative problem-solving
Conduct regular property walk-throughs to ensure safety security and smooth operations across departments
Partner closely with the Executive Housekeeper to support fair consistent scheduling and strong team communication
Assist with hiring training and team development

Qualifications:

13 years of supervisory or team-lead experience (hospitality strongly preferred)
Solid understanding of front office operations auditing and cash-handling procedures
Comfortable using hotel systems third-party travel extranets and digital reporting tools
High school diploma or equivalent (college experience is a plus!)
Must be 18 and authorized to work in the United States
Ability to remain on your feet for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
Strong organization judgment and guest-service skills
