Location: Mumbai. India

The Role:

We are looking for a talented Sales Development Representative (SDR) with 2 years of enterprise SDR experience in cybersecurity or B2B enterprise software products. Youll work closely with Marketing and Sales organizations to build a strong pipeline to meet organizational and regional revenue targets.

In this role you will:

  • Hunt new leads through campaigns in coordination with Sales RepsandMarketing
    • Ensure clarity ofownership
    • Drive process hygiene
    • Report for transparency and collaboration
  • Qualify leads and set meetings with Field Sales
  • Constantly work to drive brand visibility through top of the funnelactivity- huntingdown opportunities andrunning campaigns to drive interest and engage customers
  • Designemailcampaignsand strategiesaroundwhats working and whatsnot through personal learning and via coordination with other functionsidentify relevant customer/industry pain pointsand craft messaging to driveinterest
  • Use preparationandresearch to build rapportwith prospectsand Marketing generated leads fostering a sense of trust by building on commonground
  • Manage and diligently track touchpoints with prospects toset up follow on engagements.
  • Participate in customer/prospect sales meetings and follow up take notes extractnuances
  • Work with Marketing Content etc. to develop a communicationplan
  • Share intel with other functions (Marketing Sales etc.) learned from interaction withprospects

  • Proven work experience as a Business Development Representative Sales Development RepresentativeSales Account Executiveor similar role
  • Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls)
  • Experience with sales methodology including but not limited to BANT & MEDDIC
  • A track record of achieving lead gen quotas
  • Experience with BDR tools such as Salesforce SalesLoft Apollo DiscoverOrg etc.
  • Familiarity with Excel Word PowerPoint etc
  • A good understanding of sales performance metrics and contribution to net new opps
