We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our esteemed team as a Cluster Manager.
Position Details
Position: Cluster Manager
Location: Bangalore
Salary : upto 70K PM
Experience: 15 years
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct product analysis and portfolio prioritization by providing business insights to identify prioritize and execute key programs aligned with the CLS Strategic Plan
- Drive network and operational optimization including brand protection process harmonization and technology adoption
- Plan and execute sales and promotional activities including product and pricing strategies
- Deliver product knowledge and performance training to customers and internal teams
- Lead motivate and manage a team of high-performing and customer-focused sales consultants
- Utilize strong commercial acumen and competitor analysis to drive sales growth and increase store traffic
- Ensure consistent delivery of exceptional customer service standards across the cluster
- Lead execution of key marketing initiatives and programs at the regional level
- Provide thought leadership on adapting and operationalizing projects and programs using local market insights
- Manage budgets proactively including contingency planning to achieve agreed business plan (BP) spending targets
- Oversee regional financial planning reporting and analysis including Strategic Plans Business Plans periodic updates and ad hoc reporting
