Role Summary:Individual Contributor role with full ownership of business development for recruitment services across the region. The role involves independent market mapping direct client acquisition mandate conversion and senior stakeholder relationship management with minimal guidance. Best suited for self-driven professionals who have previously built recruitment business independently and can demonstrate closures and revenue impact.
Key Responsibilities Own end-to-end business development for recruitment and executive search services
Conduct independent market research and account mapping across industrial and corporate employers
Acquire new clients and convert discussions into active recruitment mandates
Engage with Owners MDs CXOs HR Heads Plant Heads and Admin leaders
Pitch recruitment models including contingency hiring retained search leadership and niche hiring and contract staffing
Manage client onboarding and ongoing relationship management
Coordinate with internal delivery teams to ensure successful mandate execution
Maintain strong discipline on BD pipeline tracking follow-ups and conversions
Key Requirements 512 years of experience in B2B business development.
Mandatory exposure to Recruitment / Staffing / Executive Search / HR Services sales
Strong familiarity with the PunjabHaryanaTricityHimachalLudhiana industrial ecosystem
Proven ability to independently acquire clients and close service-based deals
Comfortable operating autonomously with ownership and accountability
Strong communication negotiation and relationship-building skills
CompensationCTC: 4 -12 LPA plus Performance-linked commissions
Higher compensation possible for candidates with strong regional networks and proven results
