The school provides 100% coverage of health insurance for the teacher with the option to add family members for an additional fee.
We are looking for a teacher who:
- Has atrue passion for scienceand a desire to inspire young learners.
- Is passionate about the mission of Catholic schoolsforming disciples and guiding students to grow in faith knowledge and virtue. At Saint Anselm our primary mission is to help souls on their journey to Heaven.
- Is enthusiastic about helping middle school students develop their reading and comprehension skills.
- Builds a collaborative respectful and faith-filled classroom community.
- Works well as part of a supportive team and contributes to the mission and life of the school.
Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in Education or a related field (Science or ELA background preferred).
- Michigan Teaching Certification or eligibility preferred.
- Strong content knowledge in science and confidence teaching a variety of middle school topics.
- Teaching experience in a school setting is preferred but not required.
