Millennial Soccer Middle School Supervisor

PURPOSE STATEMENT

This position will oversee the Millennial Soccer Program afterschool program at either Garrison Middle School or Pioneer Middle School.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

1. Directs all aspect areas and components of the Millennial Soccer Program.
2. Coordinates all strategic aspects of the Millennial Soccer Program.
3. Coordinates schedules and oversees games.
4. Helps players build their skills knowledge and strategic ability.
5. Supervise and coach students.
6. Work with the 21^st Century Site Director to build student coalition to help run the Millennial Soccer Program.
7. Perform other reasonable duties as needed for the efficient set up and operation of the Millennial Soccer Program.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or GED.

Knowledge Skills and Abilities

• Demonstrated ability to effectively carry out supervision duties for a club.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and work cooperatively with students and administrators.
• Evidence of short and long-term organization and management skills.
• Evidence of being a positive role model.
• Professional integrity vigor flexibility enthusiasm.

Licenses/Special Requirements

• Completed Employment Application/Background Check/Fingerprinting.
