This is a national role which requires a qualified lawyer with significant experience in real estate law who is solutions-focused enthusiastic and capable of driving initiatives and taking ownership of projects. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with demonstrated technical excellence in drafting a passion for innovation and proven experience in leveraging legal AI tools to enhance efficiency and work quality. This role is open to Sydney Melbourne and Brisbane with agile working arrangements available. Part-time candidates are welcome to apply preferably with availability of 4 days per week.
The role is well supported by the Business Unit Leader and a collaborative group of knowledge colleagues across the firm. You will not be tied to the billable hour and will have autonomy to shape knowledge initiatives and drive innovation. You will be able to achieve a good work/life balance while building relationships and driving improvements in how the Real Estate practice manages and leverages its knowledge assets.
