Job Summary

Pay Rate: $60$65/hr
Job Summary:
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking an experienced Case Manager RN to support and implement inpatient case management functions including Care Facilitation Utilization Management Case Management and Discharge Planning. This role works closely with leadership to ensure effective departmental operations and appropriate use of hospital resources.
Responsibilities:
Support the implementation and daily operations of the case management program.
Coordinate care/utilization management processes at the hospital level.
Assist in managing discharge planning and clinical quality improvement activities.
Oversee day-to-day departmental workflow and optimize resource utilization.
Participate in collection analysis and reporting of financial quality and performance data.
Ensure compliance with all organizational policies procedures and regulatory requirements.
Candidate Requirements:
Active RN license(Texas or compact state).
Relevant inpatient case management and utilization management experience.
Strong clinical judgment communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams.
