Job Summary
- Responsible for creating and checking orders launched by the customers/employees;
- Keeps permanent contact via phone or e-mail with the customers and fulfills all customer requests;
- Checks and find solutions for all the issues that may appear in the direct sales process;
- Monitor shipments and prepares the invoices;
- Complaint handling (missing items/changed items);
- Issue documents necessary for each business case (order confirmation delivery note shipment list invoice etc.);
- Issue documents/reports on special request.
Qualifications :
- University degree;
- Experience in a similar position 1 year is an advantage;
- Good English skills;
- Microsoft Office 365;
- SAP knowledge is a plus.
