We are looking for a proactive and peopleoriented Shopfloor Training Team Leader who will drive the development qualification and growth of our variable employees and ensure high standards of safety quality and efficiency on the Shopfloor.

What you will do
As Shopfloor Training Team Leader you will:
- Define goals for the Training team and for each team member track KPIs and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Plan coordinate and follow up the activities of the Training team offering support and coaching whenever needed.
- Supervise the creation updating and maintaining of the training procedures manuals and documentation.
- Implement Continental standards for operator training and qualification.
- Develop update and improve training methods and content to ensure operators are fully qualified for their roles.
- Ensure all training materials reflect current Shopfloor processes.
- Collaborate with Production PO PE and QM to implement training activities that improve safety productivity and quality.
- Ensure compliance with ISO TS 16949 requirements related to operator training and qualification.
- Monitor core training activities: training plans re-evaluation plans qualification coverage and staffing.
- Participate in committees to provide insights on staffing plans and qualification status.
- Manage proposals for salary adjustments for variable employees and ensure proper documentation.
- Create and update training reports and dashboards.
- Track qualification coverage identify gaps and define corrective actions.
- Lead projects and support team members in their own projects.
