Job Summary:
As aCluster Sales Executive (f/m/d) you will drive sales activities across 2 hotels in the Amsterdam area representing internationally recognized brands such as IHG and Accor. You will focus on acquiring new business strengthening existing client relationships and maximizing revenue across both properties.
This role is hands-on client-facing and collaborative involving regular visits to clients hotel properties and close partnership with hotel teams Revenue Managers the Marketing Manager and the Area Director of Sales. Together you will align commercial strategies and bring impactful creative sales initiatives to life.
You will specifically support and represent:
Holiday Inn Express Amsterdam City Hall
Ibis Budget Amsterdam City South
In addition to contributing to the success of these 2 hotels this role offers a strong opportunity for career expansion with the possibility to grow within the cluster and broader Netherlands hotel portfolio over time.

Your profile
Qualifications/Skills:
12 years of sales experience ideally within the hotel industry
A proactive customer-focused and commercially driven mindset
Strong organizational skills with a structured yet creative approach
Fluent in English/Dutch (additional languages are an advantage)
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Confident decision-maker with the ability to prioritize and stay focused on results
Self-motivated flexible and open to occasional travel
Job requirements
Key Responsibilities:
Build maintain and grow strong relationships with new and existing clients
Lead annual contract negotiations and manage the full RFP process
Organize and participate in sales events FAM trips networking gatherings and national/international trade shows
Support the development of annual Sales & Marketing Plans
Identify pursue and convert new business opportunities across the portfolio
Bring forward creative data-driven commercial ideas to support revenue growth
