Job Summary
The Workday Tester will be responsible for validating end-to-end Workday HCM and Payroll processes executing test cases identifying defects and ensuring system stability across integrations and payroll cycles. The candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Workday Payroll testing test execution data validation and SQL for backend verification.
Key Responsibilities
Workday Testing
- Perform functional regression and integration testing for Workday Payroll and related HCM modules.
- Create review and execute detailed test cases covering Payroll calculations earnings deductions tax rules retro pay and time-related components.
- Validate E2E payroll processes including payroll inputs payroll results audit reports and post-payroll validations.
- Verify payroll outputs against business rules and compliance requirements.
