Requirements
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Mechanical Electrical Chemical or Industrial Engineering (or related field).
- 25 years of hands-on experience in research and development within an engineering or manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in CAD tools (e.g. SolidWorks AutoCAD CATIA) and simulation software (e.g. ANSYS MATLAB).
- Strong understanding of materials science manufacturing processes and product lifecycle management.
- Demonstrated experience in prototyping testing and validating engineering designs.
- Excellent analytical problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced deadline-oriented environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present technical information clearly.
- Familiarity with ISO standards quality management systems and regulatory compliance in engineering
