Role Description:A dedicated
pre-sales Sales Engineerfocused on Enterprise opportunities in the DACH region. You will partner with two Enterprise AEs to
qualify technical fit run discovery build solution architectures handle security/compliance and create compelling technical validation to accelerate new ARR. This role separates pre-sales from post-sale implementation (Solution Engineering).
AE Collaboration Details- Deal sizes:Enterprise ARR 30/60K
- Target & metrics:Contribution to new MRR signed in DACH
- Sales methodology:Technical business discovery solution mapping security validation close
- Opportunity types:Primarily AE-sourced; SE supports advanced and complex technical fit
- SE engagement:Pre-sales only; no implementation ownership
Leadership Context- Direct manager:Julien Gauthier
- Close collaboration with:Patrick (Head of Sales DACH) Product RevOps and Solution Engineering
- No direct reports for this role butnatural leadershiprequired across technical deal strategy in DACH.
Unique About the Company (non-public insight):- Brevo is building aspecialized pre-sales function for the first timein DACH this is anew headcountwith high autonomy visibility and influence over how Enterprise deals are executed.

- Ability to manage C-level conversations
Nice to Haves- Experience in marketing automation messaging or customer engagement platforms
Salary Range & Secondary Benefits- OTE:
- Comp structure:70/30 (base/bonus)
