  • Growing DACH team consisting of Enterprise AEs led by Patrick (Head of Sales DACH)
  • This role reports into Julien Gauthier (Leader of Sales Engineering)
  • Dedicated SE function being newly built for DACH
Role Description:A dedicatedpre-sales Sales Engineerfocused on Enterprise opportunities in the DACH region. You will partner with two Enterprise AEs toqualify technical fit run discovery build solution architectures handle security/compliance and create compelling technical validation to accelerate new ARR. This role separates pre-sales from post-sale implementation (Solution Engineering).AE Collaboration Details
  • Deal sizes:Enterprise ARR 30/60K
  • Target & metrics:Contribution to new MRR signed in DACH
  • Sales methodology:Technical business discovery solution mapping security validation close
  • Opportunity types:Primarily AE-sourced; SE supports advanced and complex technical fit
  • SE engagement:Pre-sales only; no implementation ownership

  • Direct manager:Julien Gauthier
  • Close collaboration with:Patrick (Head of Sales DACH) Product RevOps and Solution Engineering
  • No direct reports for this role butnatural leadershiprequired across technical deal strategy in DACH.

Must Haves
  • Fluent (Native) German Fluent English (French is a plus)
  • 46 years experience
  • Strong technical background in APIs integrations enterprise IT data flows and security
  • Previous experience supportingcomplex Enterprise SaaS deals (companies with 5000 employees)
  • Ability to manage C-level conversations
Nice to Haves
  • Experience in marketing automation messaging or customer engagement platforms
Salary Range & Secondary Benefits
  • OTE:
  • Comp structure:70/30 (base/bonus)
  • Bonus tied directly tonew MRRgenerated in DACH
