Role Overview
We are seeking a Dutch-speaking Sales Specialist to join an on-site sales team in Berlin. The role focuses on managing client relationships identifying new sales opportunities and achieving performance targets in a dynamic sales environment.
Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary: 2750 gross per month
-
Performance Bonus: Up to 687.50 gross per month

Language Bonus: 300 gross per month
Key Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of existing clients
-
Identify and develop upselling and cross-selling opportunities
-
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

Maintain regular communication with clients via phone and email
-
Accurately log activities and updates in CRM systems
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales (Marketing experience is a plus)

Dutch: C1 level or higher
-
English: B2 level or higher
-
Strong communication and negotiation skills

Results-oriented and target-driven mindset
-
Only candidates currently based in Berlin will be considered
