As an Asset Management Client Services Professional within our Client Account Management team you will spend each day defining refining and delivering set goals for our firm.

Job Responsibilities
Oversee and manage the entire client servicing lifecycle including onboarding day-to-day support and offboarding for institutional clients investing in alternative strategies.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients addressing inquiries and providing timely updates on account status.
Monitor client accounts to ensure compliance with investment guidelines and company policies including KYC and tax refreshes.
Collaborate with internal teams such as Client Reporting Operations Investor Relations and Fund Administrators to efficiently resolve client inquiries.
Implement a comprehensive tracking system to ensure all client queries are systematically logged monitored and addressed in a timely manner.
Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and manuals for client servicing and onboarding across various alternative strategies.
Develop and enforce clear protocols for escalating complex or unresolved queries to higher levels of expertise or management.
Participate in projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing client experience and operational efficiency.
Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the client experience by improving response times through automation and process refinement.
Organize regular knowledge-sharing sessions and workshops to keep the team updated on the latest trends products and strategies in alternative investments.
Create and maintain an internal resource library with best practices to ensure superior Client Service delivery.

Required qualifications capabilities and skills
Graduate /post graduate with at least 6 years of experience in Asset Management/Asset Servicing in Client Services teams in custody/investment banking (client-facing roles).
Strong business acumen and ability to communicate financial concepts confidently and intelligently.
Ability to develop strong client and internal relationships and a deep understanding of client servicing needs.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects across business areas to achieve results.
Strong critical thinking skills including the ability to analyze synthesize and interpret data.

Preferred qualifications capabilities and skills
Proficiency and experience in automating processes using tools such as Alteryx.
Experience with programming languages like Python.
Experience in client servicing for alternative asset management.
Experience in developing SOPs and process documentation.
Experience in organizing training and knowledge-sharing sessions
