As the Nordic Ski Development Manager W/M you will manage innovative R&D projects ensuring innovation and excellence across all ski ranges.
In following the medium and long-term strategy you will:
- Manage the product development team and coordinate transversal teams (racing marketing quality industrial) between Annecy (France) and Altenmarkt (Austria) supporting transformation.
- Lead projects from design to industrialization ensuring cost quality and timeline objectives. Monitor schedules and budgets.
- Stimulate innovation and drive prototype creation.
- Anticipate risks propose solutions and guarantee the industrial feasibility of products.
Qualifications :
Essential Skills & Experience
- You are a passionate skier with deep expertise in Nordic skiing both cultural and technical understanding.
- You possess several years of management experience.
- Experience in R&D and industrialization in similar fields.
- Strong project management and leadership skills with a collaborative multicultural mindset.
- Regular travel abroad of up to a weeks time required.
