We are a distributed team of 30 Comeeners and we have offices in France and in the US.

We are looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) apprentice to join our team in Bordeaux or Paris and support our outbound marketing efforts. This role is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in B2B SaaS sales work closely with Sales and Marketing teams and contribute directly to pipeline growth.

Tasks

Working closely with the Growth Manager and the sales team you will be responsible for:

  • Supporting outbound marketing efforts primarily in the North American (NAM) market and secondarily in the EMEA region
  • Reaching out to prospects through outbound channels (LinkedIn email calls) mainly in English
  • Qualifying inbound and outbound leads for both regions
  • Understanding prospects challenges and identifying relevant sales opportunities
  • Booking meetings for the Sales team with a strong focus on the NAM pipeline
  • Collaborating with Sales and Marketing teams on messaging campaigns and targeting for international markets
  • Continuously improving outreach sequences and sales scripts based on market feedback
  • Measuring and analyzing outreach performance and results

Requirements

  • Native or fully bilingual in English (mandatory)
  • Comfortable working autonomously while knowing when to ask questions
  • Organized reliable and detail-oriented
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Enjoys interacting with people and building first connections
  • Interested in learning outbound prospecting (email LinkedIn calls)
  • Able to understand prospects needs and qualify leads
  • Curious motivated and eager to learn B2B sales skills
  • Interest in B2B sales SaaS and fast-paced environments

Process:

First interview with the Head of Marketing to assess cultural/marketing fit and English proficiency

Second interview with our Growth Manager to meet the team and dive deeper into the role

Final interview with our COO (based in the US) to discuss the sales vision with a strong focus on the US market
