Responsibilities & Qualifications

What You Will Do

• Assist in setting up AutoCAD and Revit drawing files including digitizing organizing and refining working drawings.

• Support HVAC Fire Protection and Plumbing drafting tasks based on mark-ups and guidance provided by the Team Leader and design staff.

• Ensure all drawings comply with the Introba design checklist and established drawing standards.

• Maintain and update AutoCAD/Revit files throughout the project lifecycle.

• Collaborate with design staff to coordinate mechanical requirements with other building systems.

• Exceptional organizational and time management skills with a proven ability to efficiently prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills capable of producing clear documentation and interacting professionally with clients and colleagues

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while also able to effectively collaborate in a team environment

• Strong commitment to integrity consistently demonstrating ethical fair and responsible behavior

• Commitment to innovation and continuous learning with a passion for acquiring new skills and driving improvements

Your Education and Experience

• Must be currently enrolled and pursuing a bachelors in mechanical engineering degree from an accredited university program

• Familiar with AutoCAD and Revit

• Ability to think mechanically and/or mechanically inclined

• Passion for mechanical building systems and sustainable design
