Job Summary
We are looking for a guest obsessed passionate F&B / Bar Attendant who thinks outside the box and wants to opportunity to make our F&B outlets the heart & soul of our hotel.
In this role you will:
- Be the face of our Bar welcome guests look after our VIPs and clients
- Be an active promoter of Beccaria Bar and assist in implementing ways to drive revenue within our food and beverage outlets
- Run breakfast service and conferencing and events as required
- Bring flair passion and charisma each and every day
- Be given the opportunity to have your say and bring new ideas to the team
- Maintain standards of hygiene for food handling and presentation
- Promote a safe workplace by recognising hazards and promoting general WHS practices.
Qualifications :
- An entrepreneurial style and drive for bar operations
- The natural ability to understand and educate our guests on our wide range of wine spirits cocktails and aperitifs
- Experienced in making traditional cocktails as well as an interest in creativity and design of new cocktails
- Flexibility regarding your work availability is essential as we operate 7 days a week including public holidays
