Job Summary
Kensington School a well-established and respected private preschool offering full-day programs for infants through pre-kindergarten is seeking passionate and experienced Early Childhood Teachers and Teacher Assistants to join our growing team. With over 55 years of leadership in Early Childhood Education our mission is to give every child the best possible first school experience.

Our Teacher Assistant and Teacher Substitutes will have a full time schedule but may be asked to report to work at a nearby school in Wheaton or Elmhurst.

Qualifications:
- Experience working with children under 5 years old
- Passion for working with young children
- Open availability for full-time work Monday through Friday. This is a 12 month position.
- Must meet DCFS licensing requirements for classroom roles
- Must have reliable transportation and flexibility to report to select school locations
Compensation:
- Lead Teachers: Starting at $40000 annually (paid hourly based on experience)
- Teacher Assistants: Starting at $35000 annually (paid hourly based on experience)
