Job Description:

In this role the candidate is expected to:

1. Manage Broadcom Worldwide Foundries on delivering platform technologies to meet BRCM requirements

2. Manage all Broadcom front end and backend IC supplier relationships/engagements

3. Streamline Broadcom IC supply chain for scale efficiency cost and quality

4. Secure short-term and long-term capacities from Foundries to meet Broadcom WW wafer demand

5. Secure short-term and long-term capacities from all backend suppliers to meet Broadcom demand for substrates HBMs assembly test and passives

6. Negotiate front end and backend material pricing with suppliers

7. Establish solid long term contracts for capacities and pricing with critical Broadcom suppliers

8. Demonstrate solid leadership in managing multi-disciplinary teams peer groups executive leadership expectations and business unit expectations to achieve common company goals

9. Experience: Minimum of 18 years of overall experience of which a minimum of 6 years is in management.

Compensation and Benefits

The annual base salary range for this position is $193800- $310000

This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus in accordance with relevant plan documents and equity in accordance with equity plan documents and equity award agreements.
