Your Role:

Lead a team of content reviewers and policy enforcers ensuring safety compliance and quality across digital platforms
Coach support and develop team members in a performance-driven yet empathetic environment
Handle sensitive and complex escalations maintaining discretion and fairness
Spot trends optimize workflows and improve quality benchmarks
Partner with internal departments: policy QA training and operations for continuous improvement

What You Bring:

Czech fluency (C1/C2) and strong English communication (B2)
Prior experience in content moderation compliance digital operations or a related area
Confident leadership skills especially under pressure or when handling sensitive content
High emotional intelligence and the ability to keep your team focused motivated and resilient
