Main Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform general support tasks related to real estate projects and activities

  • Coordinate the purchase of products and services raise purchasing requisitions submit payment requests for invoices monitor billing of payments

  • Ensure accurate vendor records in company systems for contractors and suppliers as needed submit vendor setup requests vendor change requests etc.

  • Compose copy and distribute correspondence and memoranda reports documents and forms as requested

  • Prepare expense reports and ensures submission in a timely fashion

  • Work on updating and submitting documentation for upload in lease databases

  • Collaborate and coordinate with other departments to handle different tasks as needed

  • Maintain accurate records and enters data including financial project and supplier database record

  • Monthly generation of Financial reports for distribution amongst the teams

  • Assist with financial planning forecasting and budgeting.

Required Education and Experience:

  • High school/secondary school diploma or professional certification. A university degree in Administration or Finance would be advantageous.

  • Previous financial or administrative experience (comparable to 0-2 years)

  • Or an equivalent combination of education training and experience that provides the knowledge skills and abilities to perform the job.

Knowledge Skills and Abilities:

  • Knowledge of administrative procedures and organization systems financial and/or accounting knowledge is advantageous.

  • Level of English B1 and above.

  • Good Microsoft Office skills. Focus on MS Excel.

  • Good communication organizational and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to identify and set priorities and effectively perform a variety of task simultaneously.

  • Ability to deal professionally with highly confidential information and matters.

  • Good attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Ability to work with financial data and contracts.

  • Positive attitude and ability to work effectively at all levels of the organization.
