Position: Remote Executive Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Remote Executive Assistant to join our team. This is a part-time remote position that will support our executive team in managing day-to-day operations and coordinating various tasks and projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain executive calendars scheduling appointments and meetings as needed
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for executive team
- Prepare and organize materials for meetings and presentations
- Conduct research and gather information for various projects and initiatives
- Communicate with clients and partners on behalf of the executive team
- Assist with project management and tracking of deliverables
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing data entry and correspondence
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and smooth operations
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an executive assistant or similar role
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality
- Experience in the transportation or logistics industry is a plus
