About the Role

You will be the first point of contact for German-speaking customers ensuring a seamless and professional service experience across phone email and chat. This role is ideal for candidates seeking multilingual jobs customer service roles in Turkey or work-abroad opportunities with strong employer support.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer support in German (phone email chat)

• Understand customer needs and deliver accurate timely solutions

• Maintain detailed records using internal CRM tools

• Resolve issues by following clear workflows and company guidelines

• Collaborate with team leads to meet quality standards and KPIs

• Ensure high customer satisfaction through empathy and professionalism

Requirements

• Native / C2 level German

• English B1/B2 for internal communication

• Based in Turkey or willing to relocate

• Previous experience in customer service retail hospitality or sales is a plus

• Strong communication problem-solving and customer orientation

• Ability to work in rotating shifts when required

• Motivation to thrive in a multicultural fast-paced environment
