Job Summary
- Plan and manage product supply and procurement processes.
- Manage import/export operations and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Monitor and report current stock levels accurately.
- Coordinate purchasing and supply activities with global group companies.
- Handle logistics operations including stock management international supply and domestic distribution.
- Provide office-based customer service support.
- Utilize automotive portals effectively.
- Ensure smooth operational coordination across departments.
- Collaborate with overseas group locations for supply chain and logistics processes.
- Oversee operational tracking and execution for product supply.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in automotive product planning supply chain and logistics.
- Strong knowledge of import/export operations.
- Proficiency in SAP and ERP systems (Logo Netsis experience is a plus).
- Advanced MS Office skills.
- Good command of English (reading writing speaking).
- Familiarity with automotive portals and operational processes.
- Strong analytical thinking time management and organizational skills.
- Proactive eager to learn and results-driven.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
- Valid B-class driving license and ability to drive actively.
