Job Summary

is working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO consultancy who is seeking to onboard a Technical Support Advisor to join their teams in Budapest.

  • Position: Technical Support Advisor
  • Location: On-site in Galicia or Remote from mainland Spain
  • Employment type: Full-time
  • Remuneration: Base salary bonuses.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Communicate effectively with customers providing clear and professional support.
  • Handle a wide range of customer interactions with empathy and professionalism ensuring a positive experience.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to cloud-based technologies and productivity tools.
  • Apply logical and critical thinking to analyze problems and identify effective solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues when needed.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Native or fluent-level proficiency in English (ie C1) plus working knowledge of at least one of the following languages: Italian Polish Spanish or Portuguese (C1).
  • Education or hands-on experience in IT particularly in areas such as cloud technologies productivity software (e.g. Office suite Outlook OneDrive Exchange SharePoint Lync Server) or Windows operating systems.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to convey technical information clearly and empathetically.
  • Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving abilities in technical or customer service environments.
