職務概要

腹膜透析普及啓発定着を目的に事業戦略に則り看護師の専門性を活かした活動を行う

腹膜透析に携わる医療者医師看護師その他職種に対して腹膜透析及び関連の情報提供を行い医療者への教育専門知識の提供を通して治療の質の向上を図り在宅医療である腹膜透析治療の発展に貢献する

自社製品の適正使用を促し安全に在宅治療を行う支援を行う

社内では専門的な知識を活かし社内教育や関連資材作成の役割を担う

腹膜透析以外の自社製品関連の知識習得を図り腎臓関連全般の情報提供を行う

Key Responsibilities

既存の腹膜透析施行施設への訪問を実施し腹膜透析治療への支援活動を行う

営業部と連携し重要顧客の腹膜透析診療体制構築を支援する

腹膜透析施行施設の医療者に対して情報提供を行い治療の質を向上させるCQI活動を展開する

CQI活動にはSDM体液管理カテーテル出口部管理栄養管理等CQIに定義されたPD患者ケア全般が含まれる

PDを支援する環境づくりのため教育が必要な訪問看護介護事業所に対して教育活動を実施する

医療関係者のレベルに合った教育セミナーを企画実行するセミナー実施後は参加HCPのフォローアップを行いセミナーでの学びを各施設で実践する支援を行う

腹膜透析を新規に立ち上げ医療機関への教育活動を行う

製品特性(H12ダイアライザーなどを理解して啓発活動を行う

Qualifications / Education / Experiences

運転免許証社有車を使用するため

看護師資格臨床経験3年以上

企業経験

基本的なPCスキルWordExcelPPT等

透析関連経験があれば望ましい

コミュニケーション能力プレゼンテーション能力

募集背景

日本における腹膜透析普及率は3%程度であり治療の標準化が図れておらず治療法定着のために看護師の資格をもつRCの関りは腹膜透析治療の質の向上に大きく寄与する

腹膜透析の導入後の離脱率は2年で約40&でありRCの介入により治療継続率を延長させる可能性がある

新規で腹膜透析を行う施設への教育は重要であるが教育を受ける機会が限られているためRCの行う情報提供活動への市場ニーズが高い
