Job Summary

At Cadence we hire and develop leaders and innovators who want to make an impact on the world of technology.

Position Description:

  • Manage complex customer engagements and work cross-functionally to achieve sales objectives
  • Achieve a targeted Japan IP quota and increase in sales revenue for IP products within the fiscal year
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth for our IP products.

Position Requirements:

  • Masters degree in Microelectronics Electrical Engineering Computer Science or a related field. MBA MSEE or MSCS is a plus.
  • 10 years of experience in technology sales preferably in semiconductor/EDA/IP sales.
  • Strong written and verbal communication listening and presentation skills in both Japanese and English
