Responsibilities

The Product and Solution Acceleration Section is essential for driving innovation and ensuring the rapid development and launch of new products and solutions. Its mission centers on fostering a culture of innovation enhancing development processes and prioritizing customer elements make it a vital and exciting part of Rakuten Mobile committed to staying competitive and responsive in a fast-paced market.

Position Details

As an Enterprise Products SME you will be required to do below activities:

  • Define the product strategy and roadmap for Rakutens Enterprise market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.

  • Define product roadmaps and ensure alignment with company goals and customer the lifecycle of telecom enterprise products from ideation to the lifecycle of telecom enterprise products from ideation to sunset.

  • Work closely with sales marketing engineering and operations teams to ensure successful product launches and implementations.
    Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on all matters related to the enterprise product portfolio.
    Provide training and support to sales and customer service teams.
    Engage with key enterprise customers to gather feedback and insights.
    Ensure customer requirements are captured and translated into actionable product features.
    Act as the voice of the customer within the organization.
    Maintain a deep understanding of telecom technologies including VoIP MPLS SD-WAN and cloud services.
    Stay updated on industry standards regulations and emerging technologies.
    Provide technical guidance and expertise to support complex customer solutions.
    Develop metrics and KPIs to measure product performance and success.
    Regularly report on product performance market trends and customer satisfaction.
    Recommend improvements based on data-driven insights.
    Analyze customer needs and market trends to identify new features or enhancements
    Prioritize product features and tasks managing the product backlog and development for the product.
    Develop and implement product plans including timelines budget and resources.
    Conduct user research and usability studies to understand how customers use our products and how we can improve them.
    Collaborate with sales marketing and customer support teams to ensure a seamless product launch and adoption.
    Monitor and report on product performance making recommendations for improvements or changes as needed.
    Stay abreast of the latest technology trends and competitive products.
    Maximize efficiency in a constantly evolving environment where the process is fluid and creative solutions are the norm.

Minimum Qualification

  • MBA or masters degree in a related field.

  • Experience in the enterprise or B2B solutions space.

  • Experience with Agile development methodologies.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage cross-functional teams.

Preffered Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business Computer Science Engineering or related field.

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in product management or a related role within the telecom industry.

  • Proven track record of managing and growing a portfolio of enterprise telecom proficiency in telecom technologies and standards.

  • Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up ones sleeves to get the job done.

  • Skilled at working effectively with cross-functional teams in a matrix organization.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
