Acute Care & Monitoring MarketingACMは患者モニタリングと呼吸ケアに関連製品を統合的に提供し高いシェアを有する生体情報モニタや気道管理製品を通じて急性期から在宅まで幅広い医療現場を支え周術期集中治療領域においてマーケットリーダーとして市場をリードする事業部です
生体情報モニタ関連製品として手術室や集中治療室NICU病棟在宅医療などで使用される呼吸灌流関連モニタを幅広く取り扱っており血中の酸素濃度を測定するNELLCORパルスオキシメータ組織の灌流を測定するINVOS脳オキシメータ麻酔の深度を測定するBIS麻酔深度モニタなど手術や周術期急性期管理を行う上でなくてはならない製品を扱っていますまた呼吸ケア関連製品として気管挿管を行うためのデバイスや気道管理製品閉鎖式吸引システム肺の換気分布に関する局所的情報のアセスメントが可能なEITなど幅広い領域で患者さんの呼吸サポートを行っています

業務内容
製品の市場導入戦略立案から販促活動顧客教育営業支援まで幅広くカバーしており業務内容には以下が含まれます
市場調査アセスメント
市場導入計画製品販売戦略立案
製品プロモーションコミュニケーション活動
学会でのプロモーションや顧客向けイベントの企画
販促資料やプレゼンツールの作成
営業支援
新規市場開拓
グローバルチームとの連携
薬事品質保証サプライチェーン部門との緊密な連携
Must Haves
Job Experience
医療業界におけるプロダクトマーケティングおよび営業において通算10年以上の経験を有する
マーケティングとビジネスマネジメントでの成功事例を有する
Skill / Knowledge
ビジネスレベルのコミュニケーションを実施できる英語と日本語のスキル
優れた資料作成およびプレゼンテーションスキル
マルチタスクを同時進行で推進するプロジェクトマネジメントスキル
Competency
データ分析能力データを正確に解析し戦略に落とし込む力
戦略的思考市場環境を正確に理解し長期的な成長戦略を策定優先順位を決定して実行する力
