Position Overview:

The Bankers Support Team Lead is a position that will oversee the delivery of best-in-class service to Wintrust Financial customers via telephone and electronic channels. Team Lead will serve as support within the contact center escalation queue bankers support escalation queue as well as service multiple contact center customer queues when coverage is needed.

What you will be doing:

  • Monitor productivity of customer service representatives. Determine procedures exceptions and workflows required to service customers.

  • Provide support to contact center reps customers and bankers. Troubleshoot issues with internal systems/processes and resolve any issues that arise with customer accounts.

  • Interact with management and other departments to solve banker and customer problems in a prompt efficient and timely matter. Provide communication and follow up to ensure representatives are fully informed of all new information related to products procedures customer needs and company related issues changes or actions.

Qualifications:

  • 2-5 years of related work experience within financial industry

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Well organized

  • Bachelors degree preferred

Compensation:

The estimated hourly rate for this role is $19.00 - $22.00 along with eligibility to earn an annual bonus. Actual pay rate may vary based on several factors such as a candidates qualifications skills and experience.
